Unhappy Multi language support on client machines: HHHEEEELLLLPPPP

I am trying to setup a Server/client network, and have an interesting need. I need to be able to serve either Spanish, or English at each terminal. is this possible, or is there a piece of software out there that already makes this possible?

I need the desktop to be served in one or the other languages, while I am running English on my server. So any help that you could offer me would be greatly appreciated.
