Ive been trying to get lunux up and runnung but for some reason my monitor seems to be incompatible. Not to worry I'll just reformat my drive reinstall windows here and try it on another machine....but how do I get linux off of my hardrive. This is driving me crazy and linux is beginning to be a bad experience. can someone out here help me??

FDISK and then REFORMAT with your Windows bootup disk.

I dono, Fdisk didn't get of lilo from the MBR for me with mandrake. I used Norton Disk Editor to view the MBR and Partition Manager to rebuild the MBR. You could also try fidsk /mbr -- I did not.
