Hm...how do you convert linux partitions back to the partitions used for windows becuase my fdisk cannot clear non ms-dos partitions and i want to reinstall pure windows 98 back onto my computer...i was using redhat 6.1

I THINK you should be able to delete the linux partition from windows fdisk, but if you cannot you could either boot to a linux boot disk and use Linux fdisk or use something like partition magic. If I may ask why are you totally getting rid of Linux?
