Thumbs down

Hey!
Here is my problem... I just can't set my soundcard to work!
I have a Creative Labs AWE64 16-bit Audio(ISA).

When I had Mandrake 7.1 it was working fine.(I only had to change the DMA8 from 0 to 2 I believe, can't really remember).

Then I dropped linux few months ago. Now I got Mandrake 7.2
I got almost everything working fine except my soundcard.

I seriously dont know what to put in the fields:
I/O:
DMA8:
DMA16/2:
OPL3 I/O:
I use Harddrake 0.9.3 to configure my soundcard. When I try to test configuration of my soundcard, the next message appear:

--------
Title: Error in play call!
--------
sox: Can't open output file '/dev/dsp': device or resource busy
--------

anyone can help?
Thanks!

In retrospect, would have been nice to write down the configuration before installing the new OS, but in any case
IO is usually 220
DMA8 is 0,1, or 2. Try 2 for this and DMA16 since you think you remember that.
OPL3 is, if I recall, often 330, but depends - unfortunately these things can be set in CMOS or by jumper and I have no way of knowing how it was originally set.

I'm starting to think that its not related to the setting I put.

This message always appear after I set the card:

sox: Can't open output file '/dev/dsp': Device or resource busy

Is there a way to stop that device? or to re install it?
