Hi,
I duel boot RH 6.1, win95c.

I recently left a process running (as root - doh!)
And it filled up my linux partition - entirirly.

As a result I can now no longer boot into linux.
(gdm just keeps trying to start up forever).

Aside from giving my linux partition more room with say partition magic, is there some way I can boot without starting gdm? How do I boot into single mode?
(am using lilo).

Thankyou in advance for any help,

Foobar

Heh. nice one.
when u boot, at the lilo: prompt type
"linux single" (w/o quotes)
another way is using ExploreFS from Windows, it can read/write Ext2fs, so u could delete weird /tmp files from there if u know what ure doin.
another way is to boot with a bootdisk like tomsrtbt or pocketlinux, mount ure / and delete any weird stuff.
