Does anyone know where there's a good tutorial so I can run Windoze programs on my Linux box. There are a few programs I just can't do without (DreamWeaver, Fireworks, Flash, etc. - I'm a web designer) and I would like to be able to run them on my Linux (Mandrake 7.2) box. If any1 has nay other decent Windoze emu's then please mention them too.

TIA

You could see if the programs you want to use will work with wine. If they don't you can always use vmware.

At linuxgames.com you can find a guide in setting up wine.
But to the best of my knowlegde, you can get Flash for Linux
Or else you could visit http://www.winehq.com which is the wine projects official homepage, there you can find some more info/support
wine can use some of the windowz dll's so if you have windowz intalled on the same comp. as you'r running Linux on, you can set wine up to run with thise native windowz dll's by editing you'r /etc/wine/wine.conf (or it is located in) /etc/wine.conf (depending of which version of wine you'r using)
I have never tried to run serious programs with wine, only games like Star Craft, Blade Runner and Red Alert and they have all been running ok

well hope this could help you a bit

Regards Torp
