I just got MDK 8.0, and I am having problems installing software that installed fine on 7.2

I keep getting dependancy errors all over the place. How do I fill these gaps, and where do I go to grab these libs?

Your best bet is to go to http://www.rpmfind.net and search for the libs you need. Mandrake, on average, is probably the fastest at getting RPMs ready for their distros. Even if you don't find Mandrake RPMs, you should find ones that work with the RPM format.

Also check Mandrake Cooker. It should be an option on one of your system menus.

Good Luck.
