Talking Mandrake 8 Internet Connection Sharing

How can I build a gateway (internet
connection sharing) using my Local Area
Network Number (eth0 : 192.168.100.1)
to a connection on my
eth1:200.216.3.3 ???
I tested the Internet Connection Sharing
option but it just changes my eth0
to 192.168.0.1 !!!
What should I do ???
