Anyone recognized these messages I'm getting from kernel?

Apr 23 22:58:33 dsl081241 kernel: VFS: Disk change detected on device ide1(22,0)
Apr 23 22:59:05 dsl081241 last message repeated 16 times

What does it mean and should I do something/how can I stop them. I'm getting quite a bit of them.

TIA
