Unhappy Mount error in installation of Mandrake 8.0

I've tried to install Mandrake 8.0 from ISOs extracted onto a FAT32 partition using Winimage. The installation runs fine until just after or during the formatting of the linux partitions. I used to have Redhat6.2 installed and I'm trying to place Mandrake on these partition instead.

The error message I get just after the formatting is:

"An error occured
mount failed: Invalid arguement"

Any help appreciated

Did you repartition during setup? If so when it committed changes to disk did it fail anywhere? It sounds like your trying to mount a partition that LInux doesn't know about(is there such a thing?)
