How did you make your floppy?
the letters li indicates that lilo the second part of lilo loaded but couldn't execute.
This is usually caused by a disk geometry mismatch.
I read this error explanation from a book on Red Hat linux.
I don't know exactly what it means.
Some more info would probably help others to help you.
What hardware do you have, harddisks?
Does your linux start at all?
I'm curious as to how you have set up your Linux partitions. I think that you have installed SUSE on a HD which has a different IDE channel??
(ie is SUSE on the /hdc or /hdd drive?
If so then LILO will not work because I had exactly the same problem - same error, and I had to put the drive on the same IDE channel as windows.
Swap the HD over to /hdb and then re-install SUSE, place LILO on a floppy and you should be able to boot Linux. Wneh all is right change LILO to boot from the MBR.
