If you obtain a free website and neither sign nor agree to anything, can the host administrator take something off your website without telling you first? (say he didn't like the content)

If this was in the /etc/hosts.deny file
ALL:0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0 would that deny all?
(I know ALL:ALL does)

thanks

I guess it would be in the fine print of the agreement(you didn't sign)
yes that will deny all but only the services that run from inetd. It wont block pings,or port scans.
