Question

Does anyone know how to make my SUSE 7.1 with Kernel 2.4 see a PNY USB compact card reader? Do I need a specific driver to access the compact flash in the reader? The machine seems to be aware that there is a device in the machine but says there is no driver! I have had a look on the PNY web site but they don't do a Linux version of their drivers. Any help would be appreciated. I am still new to Linux so I may have missed something about accessing USB devices on Linux.

Cheers,

Dave
