Talking

Hey there,

I want to add to my last thread. How do I check to see if the driver is loaded correctly. Are there any special modules I need to load?

Thanks again,

To see if your NIC is recognized just type ifconfig at a prompt. Do you see an eth0?

NIC

I figured out the NIC. When I cracked the case I found that the motherboard had an integrated ethernet adapter. The fix I needed had to do with the BIOS.
