I'm new (lees than a year with linux) but I think you want to download the iso(which is the cd format) and burn on a cd using the ISO9660 format. Then install directly from the CD. Just what I think!!! Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

What you'll need

I am assuming you are on a PC (i386 based system). If that is the case you will need anything and everything from the directory below to make this install work.

ftp://ftp.esat.net/mirrors/ftp.redha...t-7.0/i386/en/

Also you will want to search for extra's you may "want" on this site.

Mandrake is good but if you want to go with RedHat, go with 6.2 as of right now. RedHat 7 has some problems and you can upgrade later when they come out with a newer version with some fixes.
As far as I know, even Linus bagged Redhat 7.0.
