I have Novell on a Linux system. For some reason, no one can print anything thru the system to the main printer. It just stays in the query forever. Any suggestions?

Its Novell. I heard they went out of business and there is no longer any support. The Linux version is caldera openlinux 2.2. I've installed it at home as I have no idea what Linux is besides another OS. I don't know if the problem with printing is Linux, Novell, or both. I work at an university that is low on funds and tech support and I'm just trying to help out my dept. I'm just a plain laborer and wish they would train me to be a tech as I know alot about windows/dos all on my own. Linux is interesting but it only reads 13.39MB of my 64MB Ram. Do you think its Novell that's the problem with the printing? I wonder if the hub could be causing collusions with printing.
