Hi everyone. I'm a web developer used to asp. I´m shocked with this site using PHP.

What do i need to have to make a site like this? Is any WYSIWYG web editor? Where do i get a good PHP manual?

I want to get more involved on this because unix/linux servers are faster and more reliable the NT servers, so I want to learn PHP.

Thanx everyone

The entire php manual is online at http://www.php.net. And you only need a text editor to make these pages.

The php.net is indeed a great place to start if you are interested in PHP. If you prefer a book I really like PHP Programming by Wrox. This site was built using PHP and MySQL while my editor of choice is emacs (although I often us VI for those quick edits).

about PHP

Dreamweaver(in windows) or quanta + (in linux)can help you.
also you can run dreamweaver in linux.
I have the same problem with you that I have difficulty in finding PHP documents and e-books.
www.php.net may help you but I find nothing
