When using the newer versions of android on a real device, in my case a Motorola phone it very difficult to debug SQL problems. The OS does not seem to allow browsing directories, or connecting to a SQLite DB.

I can connect using ./adb shell, but ...

The phone does not have SQLite3 installed -
I cannot pull down the db from the phone to my dev machine -

Googling for answers just brings up a lot of things that just do not work.

I am using Android 4.1.2 and a Motorola Droid Bionic.

Where's the beef?
