Post 32 bit chipset should support 4GB RAM addressing?

If Snapdragon supports 32 bit addressing then why don't best of the latest crop of smartphones boast 4GB of real storage? The LG G3 has an option that comes with 3GB of real memory. Why not 4GB of real memory? Besides the cost is there something I am missing?
More memory would give better peformance, no?

Cost is one thing. Space, power, heat are the other factors.

Well, @slingshot I would say over here you need to ask this question from the LG people that why they don't give the option of having 4GB ROM ! Because this is something which I think they are the only one who can talk !
