My phone won't turn on!

So I shut off my phone and tried to turn it back on but it won't turn on. The virgin mobile screen comes on and makes the noise but when it gets to the android screen it just sits there and does nothing. Help would be appreciated.

Check if you remove SD card, if you have one, and then start your phone again. If this not help, you can probably connect your phone with adb application. With this you can see and save logs from starting your phone operating system and search for anomalies. Also you can run shell and issue commands like kill, removing installed aplications, etc.

well I dont think I can get into the system because my phone is off.

My computer doesn't notice that it's on because it is not completely on...it's just starting up

So use "adb" application from link I provided for you in second post. You no need fully working phone to connect to it.
