Since the beginning of August 2015, my friend has been using the FitBit Flex for tracking his steps, exercise, and calorie intake.

He really loves it, and I think it helps him out a lot with staying active and keeping me motivated to loose weight. I was wondering if anyone here at uses any Wearable Fitness Product to help them keep track of their exercise and eating habits.

If you do, I would love to know what product you have, what you do with it, and how much you like (or dislike) it. I would like to get one myself, but this FitBit is too steep pricewise for me. I was looking at this cheap wristband -
but not sure what do I get with it, quality-wise?
