nondroid backup problem on samsung galaxy s plus (i9001)

    Hello,
I am new to Android and smart phones but experienced with Linux in general.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S Plus that I've rooted yesterday.

Now I want to backup up the stock ROM and everything else because I want to test a lot of thinks and if something gets wrong I can restore.

There is no clockworkmod for galaxy s plus (i9001). Or I could't find it.

How can I make nandroid backup of my phone and backup EVERYTHING including the ROM?

    Thank you !!
