power-over-ethernet cords for Android pad or phone PCs?

Are there any simple (ethernet-only one-plug, not two) power-over-ethernet (PoE) cords you can use with typical Android pad & phone PCs? (without burning them out with wrong voltage?) For example, I have one (one-plug) for a wireless internet connection to my ISP. I know there are some cords that the box (two-plug) has both ethernet and micro-USB, but that's a mess. All I need is PoE with one cable, that I connect ethernet-to-micro-USB to the end. Is that possible?

Apparently most Android devices don't have this capability. May as well delete this thread unless some are going to later.
