Unable to uninstall Kickback and Thinkoffice

in Settings - Applications - All, I find applications Kickback and Thinkoffice. All options for them are greyed out - they cannot be stopped or uninstalled. How do I get rid of them? I suspect they may be malware.

If you go to Settings/Applications you should see options to Force Stop, Clear Cache and Uninstall

Unfortunately, there is no Uninstall option, and the options for Force Stop and Clear Cache are greyed out - unavailable.

Can you go into Google Store/ Market and contact the authors.
Or, contact tech support for your device.
    Or,p
Do a Hard Reset to take your device back to Factory Default.

It seems that Kickback is preinstalled by Google, and is only activated when you turn on Accessibility.

I have no idea when Thinkfree Office was installed, but the message on Google Play says, "This app is incompatible with your T-Mobile Samsung Nexus S". Maybe that's why there is no uninstall.
