I moved to a house with no cell covarage, I would rather have a plan that lets me buy minutes instead of months

    I am a straighttalk representative.
Straighttalk are using 2 kinds of phone models.
    a. the one with no simcard
    b. the other with simcard

for A. it works with verizon towers
for b. it works with at&t, sprint, t-mobile

you better find out which is the towers located on your area, and straighttalk does not offer minutes only, it comes along with days. It's a package deal

    reading is good
we are on the samsung section the title of the thread mentions 404, chances are good I'm referencing a Samsung 404, which has something that resembles a sim card

none of the above for towers

    well

hmm.. straighttalk right now is for middle class, you can go ahead with net10 because they have this promo that you can "bring your own phone". Just buy a net10 sim and you can have your phone as a net10. go to this site

same plan, different company [not really, both are owned by TracPhone]
the definition of "service days" being the tricky bit
still end up with a monthly bill for a phone I only use 5 or 6 days a month

    once again
I need a plan that will sell me minutes not days
there is no coverage at my house, no matter which company

Tracfone as a corporation seems to have some of the key points hidden on all the subsidiarities
the camera on this 404 is useless as I must go through the ST website to have access & pay for this use by burning up part of my data allocation, instead of a simple download to my pc
