    Write Protect on SD cards

I'm on CM-6.0 and getting this issue: any sd card put into the Android has an irreversible 'read-only' tag on file systems when it comes out.

mount /dev/sdb1 reports "mounting read only"
mount -o,remount,rw reports "mounting read only"
    umount .dev.sdb1
    umount /dev/sdb2
fdisk /dev/sdb says "You will not be able to write to this druive" :-O?

Read access is fine, and write access in the Android is OK :-O?

It's ok. It's something on my slackware box or boxes. I got going with an old install.
