Looks like I am gonna have to reinstall windoze on my dual boot machine. Question is, to reinstall Grub, and get my linux partitions back, can I just boot of the CD as if I was going to reinstall mdk and click on the install-bootloader part of the installer to jump ahead and fix up the MBR?

TIA Martin

I am a mdk user also, and I have found that their installations features do not offer you he ability to simply reinstall the bootloader. However, if you go through the setup again, and do not reformat your partitions, then it can install the bootloader. But make sure you obviously installed Windows first.
