Generally cookie management isn't a function of your distro, but of your browser.

Which browser are you using?

You could do a search of the cookie extension and then delete them that way. If you using Netscape, I know of no way to delete them from within the browser though, only cache and history. Also, I am not positive on this but I think Netscape makes one text type file that holds all cookie info, well, its that way on Windows versions, unsure of on Linux, never had to delete cookies or never bother to.

in the .netscape directory there is a file named cookies
you should be able to delete the contents or at least the ones you don't wan't

or if you're using netscape and just dont want cookies (ever)
delete the 'cookies' file, and make a 'cookies' directory.

A great way of using cookies and still don't save them for next session is to make the cookies file write protected.
Netscape only save cookies in the cookies file at exit.
Works for Windows, not tested on Linux.
