I was wondering if there are any packet manglers online like an online ISIC or so?

I've had a look and it doesn't look like there is an online site that will do this for you.

You could use a module for ethereal that does this on your own systems.

Thanks raz,
well I was afraid so, guess Ill have to put a box behind one of those throw-away dial ups.

Jrmann1999, soz, but you prolly misunderstood me, I was talking bout packet construction, not packet filtering.
