DCC Sends

Has anyone successfully gotten the IP_NAT_IRC or IP_CONNTRACK_IRC modules to successfully do DCC sends from behind a firewall?

I have what seems every configuration right, my clients are in fact receiving the DCC request, but when the ack comes back the firewall drops the packet. I have enabled ESTABLISHED,RELATED packets to be allowed through, and my understanding is that the conntrack/nat modules are relating the DCC to an established irc session, any help?
