tar.gz-- how the heck do i install it?

all right dude, the one who showed me the site http://www.mytrueconfessions.com requires a flash_linux.tar.gz file to be installed as a netscape plug-in. how do i install it?

hey... i just checked the site out. it's still under construction. don't kill yourself on that flash installation.

thnx isa...
in a drunken frenzy (i just brought home a case of some very good rhine river wine) i have been working on this nutcracker...only to now find that the site is under construction hehehehe

lesson here: dont take linux life so damn seriously!
