Samba

I'm tring to setup a Window Me/Mandrake 8.0 home network. The Internet sharing is working great and I can see the Mkdgroup/Localhost in My Network Places, but when I try to open the Localhost I'm asked for a password. It says \\LOCALHOST\IPC$
Password

I'm not sure what this password should be.

Wink

that passwd request means your linux server is not recognizing you as
a trusted user. look at http://www.caldera.com/support/ at the knowledge center
there is a samba domain example, you can copy/paste the example and
start using samba domain inmediatly.

cheers!!!
