Parallel port monitor? Do you really mean a serial dumb terminal?? (the older onee use 25pin D-connectors that look the same as current parallel ports, unlike more modern 25-way serial ports they don't have the opposite gender to current parallel ports) I've never seen or heard of any sorta display that runs on the parallel port!
Uhm... Pass... I'll be very interested in any details you have of the monitor or how you got it working as I've never even heard of such a device! Whats the connector like? Standard 25pin D?
We had a crt years ago that had a card with it which used a db25 connector. It was a crt flat screen, don't remember the brand. Worked as an external display for a helmsmans monitor in hydroseis. A dos navigation program.
