Uninstall apache, MySql, and php

I just don't get it
I have managed to screw up my apache/mysql/php install, and would like to start over. I would like to remove everything, if that is possible. Any suggestions on how to do this? None show up in the /var/log/packages, so I cant just uninstall them with SQL. What is the trick that I am missing?

You should just be able to reinstall as it should replace the existing files. Just make sure you reinstall to the same place. What distro are you using. It its RPM based then you'll be able to use that to remove it.

optionally if you did a make; make install from the package sources you can also do a
# make uninstall
that will remove anything that the installer did in fact put in place.
