Hi,

When I boot my Redhat Linx 6.2 Server without the startup disk I get a:

LI

on the screen and nothing else and it stops. So like the
LO of the LILO isnt making it to the screen. I have a
Compaq Proliant 1850R with the Compaq System Configuration
Utility.

Thanks in advance for your help!!!

Mike

You need to reconfigure your lilo.conf file, it seems it might not be pointing to the correct location to load. After editing your lilo.conf, rerun lilo by typing /sbin/lilo and it will make the changes and then reboot and see what it comes up with on reboot.
