ps?


What is the difference between :
ps ax
and
ps ef
commands ?

If you check the man pages for the "ps" command, you'd find out.

Variables "ax" select processes to show.

Variables "ef" modify the output of the processes shown.

Try them together as "ps axef" just to see what they do.
