Scroll mouse support

Hi all,
What needs to be done to enable scroll wheel support for PS/2 3 button mice? I have Mitsumi scroll mouse, and the support doesn't seem to be enabled by default in either RedHat 7.x or Slackware 7.1.

Sorry about the last URL
The last URL I supplied no longer works, however, if you go to Google.com and search for IMWheel, you will find a downloadable file there which should help with your wheelmousel.
Also, if you are not using Netscape Navigator V6.0, get it. It has scroll wheel support.
