When I last logged in as root, I received a message saying “you have new mail”??????
How is this possible since my machine is not connected to any network, nor is it configured for any mail??????????
How can I read this “new mail”?
Dunno about other Distros but when you do a fresh Slackware install root always has mail containing details of the linux counter project and some notes from the guy who produces Slackware - Patrick Volkerding.
