Apache, Tomcat, Red Hat 7

Does anyone have the above configuration running correctly??? I have battled with it in vain, and have got numerous error messages. If you have this working please can you let me know the version numbers of the software.

I have got a bit furthur....

I have got apache & tomcat running together using the mod_jk adapter, but when I add the following line to my httd.conf file:

Alias /examples "/usr/local/tomcat/webapps/examples"

I get this error when starting httpd:

Syntax error on line 81 of /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf:
Invalid command 'Alias', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration
/usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl restart: httpd could not be started

Do you have mod_alias installed and loaded?

I was being really stupid! I had included the conf file before loading the mod_alias module!

Just that after recompiling everything etc for a couple of days! Isn't it always the way!
