browsers

I'm want to use my linux partition to see how my webpage looks in different browsers/OSes. I've installed Mozilla 0.9.2, Netscape 6.1, Netscape 4.78, and Opera 5.0 static. I'm having a few problems using them. Opera works fine but when I close it I can't enter input in my xterm window. I have to use ctrl-alt-backspace and then restart X. Netscape 6.1 and Mozilla won't take keyboard input. I can't type in the URL or fill in forms. Mouse input seems to be working fine. Netscape 4 refuses to run entirely. The only browser that works properly right now is lynx.

I'm using Debian 2.2 stable with xfree86 3.3.6. I created a symbolic link pointing from libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2 to libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3 to get netscape 6 and mozilla to install. I don't think that the problem is related to this though because I've read about othe people doing this without problems.
