Need help launching and running a Linux site.

Hi all. The site isn't up yet, it's set to launch Sept. 1. It's not in any way in competition with this site. It uses some of the unavoidable features like news and a BBS, but I'm going to be doing other stuff too. I want it to be sorta like the idea of linuxnewbie, but not really for newbies. The information will be a more advanced level of info, and the BBS will be geared toward more advanced users. (ie - instead of a 'Security' forum, I'll have 'Cryptography' and 'Firewalls' sub-categories.).

Anyway, I'd like to work with some other people in the community on getting this out. It's a '.org' site, it's not for any kind of profit (I'm going out of pocket on it), and it runs (and was built) using open source software (PHP, Apache, Linux and MySQL).

If anyone wants to help with either the forums, writing, or PHP/MySQL stuff, I think it'll be a lot of fun, and I think we can get a really nice site going.
Lemme know if you're into it.

Is that your email address at the bottom of the page?
Sounds fun indeed. Would like to hear more.

Yes, that's my (hopefully) spam-proof email. There's also a 'contact' link on the cheesy hold page at linuxlaboratory.org.

There's some basic info about the site there too. Contact me about the parts you're interested in. I need writers, moderators, lab testers, and site maintainers/testers/coders to keep the site running smoothly.
